Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, December 7th at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Lenox Department of Public Works for property located on Housatonic Street- Rte 7/20 to Crystal Street is Lenox. The applicant proposes to re-pave Housatonic Street as well as the existing sidewalk from the bypass to East Street. A sidewalk will be installed from East to Crystal Street, where no sidewalk currently exists. Additional work includes replacement/repair of culverts, headwalls and other drainage structures along this section of roadway.
