  1. CONTINUED UNTIL 6/15/2023 Notice of Intent – 374, 384 & 388 Pittsfield Rd. & 11 New Lenox Rd., McGee Family Automotive – The applicant proposes to build an automobile dealership along a riverfront area including paved driveways and parking areas, installation of utilities, landscaping and required site grading as well restoration of the riverfront.
  2. Notice of Intent – 1 Melville Ct., Neil and Elisabeth Hirsch - The applicant proposes to control invasive plant species and restore native plant communities. Portions of the proposed project are located within Bank, Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, and Buffer Zone.
  3. Notice of Intent – 462 Pittsfield Rd., 474 Pittsfield Road, LLC – The applicant proposes to install a new drainage line in connection with the proposed Mazda car dealership project at 474 Pittsfield Rd. The new drainage line will discharge to a B.V.W. on the east side of Rt. 7. The work will temporarily impact approx. 885 S.F. of B.V.W.
