1. Approval of Minutes
2. 50 Cliffwood Street – to modify an existing Special Permit for a shed on property in the Residential R-30 zone under Lenox Zoning Bylaw sections 5.3.3 and 5.3.5 The petitioner seeks to add electricity to a shed located at the rear of the property. The shed will not be used for a dwelling unit.
3. 383 Housatonic Street – Variance from Section 8.12.4(1) (General Requirements for Large Scale Ground-mounted Photovoltaic Solar Installations) for, to build a 7.5-megawatt solar tracker facility on the property in both the Industrial (I) and Residential (R-1A) zoning districts. The solar installation is proposed to be within the R-1A zone.
4. 83 Yokun Avenue – to Short-Term Rent an entire dwelling unit (currently an Accessory Dwelling Unit) at 83 Yokun Avenue (Map 12, Parcel 1) in the Residential 1-A and Residential-30 zoning districts for a maximum of 110 days per year. They seek exception from Section 5.2.H(3) and Section 8.4.4(2) of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw. (Brown Family)
