1. 462 & 474 Pittsfield Road at 462 Pittsfield Road the petitioner seeks to move the northern property line ~65 feet close to the existing hotel building, creating a larger lot for the proposed development at 474 Pittsfield Road. Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for 474 Pittsfield Road LLC for the demolition of the existing motel and the construction of a new motor vehicle sales building with outdoor sales.
2. 12 Stoneledge Road, Variance (continued from September): Request for Variance to construct a single-family home at 12 Stoneledge Road
3. 374, 384, 388 Pittsfield Road and 11 New Lenox Road Special Permit for an auto dealership (Section 5.2 (15) and (16);) a Special Permit for relief from Section 7.7.1 parking requirements; a Special Permit pursuant to Section 5.3.2 for expansion of a pre-existing, non-conforming parking lot; a Special Permit under 5.3.3 and 5.3.7 to demolish and replace five pre-existing, non-conforming buildings with two more conforming buildings.
