Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Historic District Commission will hear the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the property at 80 Church Street (Map 43, Parcel 114) owned by R. Salame. This request includes the replacement of the slate roof with a metal standing seam roof, the replacement of windows on the first and second floors, replacement of the existing awning, the addition of a walk-in refrigerator at the rear of the building, and the removal of two brick chimneys. A copy of the application is available in the Clerk’s office at Lenox Town Hall or may be requested by e-mail to gmiller@townoflenox.com. The hearing will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20th via Teams. Information for  access will be posted on the Town of Lenox website one week prior to the meeting.
