51 Church Street/21 Housatonic Street – Certificate of Appropriateness – review and vote on a proposed addition and renovations. The proposed addition is approximately 16’x28’ and proposed renovations to the existing building include new entry doors, new decking, new stairs, removal and alteration of existing windows and other improvements.
