Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations at 35 Walker Street, Map 43 Parcel 163-0. Review and vote on proposed renovations to the main house and carriage house. Proposed renovations to the main house include; new windows, new exterior egress stair from third floor, installation of new gutters and downspouts and replacement of existing exterior wall sconces and pendant light. Proposed renovations to the carriage house include; new exterior door, new fixed windows and new exterior wall sconce.
