NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by Canyon Ranch, C/O Mindi Morin for property located at 165 Kemble St, Map 7, Parcel 43. The applicant proposes to create a new natural stream channel substrate and banks by removing the existing culvert and removing and resetting existing footbridge on Sargent Brook.
