CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, May 7, 2019 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by Birchwood Village Homeowners Association for property located at Clifden Court & Wexford Court, Map 8 Parcel 6. The proposed project involves replacement of existing pavement on Clifden Court and Wexford Court. Portions of the work fall within the 100-foot Buffer Zone.
