NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Wayne McCormack for property located at 383 East Street, Map 48 Parcel 37. The proposed project involves upgrading septic system for existing house within 50 feet of river bank.
