Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, September 1st, 20222 at 7:30 p.m. about a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Tighe and Bond on behalf of Massachusetts Electric Company. They seek to replace three existing utility poles within bordering vegetated wetlands and the 100-foot buffer. The proposed project location is within the right-of-way limits of state Route 7 (Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway) adjacent to property at Old Stockbridge Road known as Map 209, Parcel 10.
