7:30 PM – Request for Determination, 349 Old Stockbridge Road, Map 1 Parcel 3 - confirm that an existing “isolated wetland” area is non-jurisdictional. Proposed work will consist of drainage improvements.
7:45 PM – Request for Determination, 49 Sargent Brook Road, Map 1 Parcel 23 - determine if proposed work is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. The proposed work will consist of upgrades to an existing septic system.
