- Notice of Intent – 374, 384 & 388 Pittsfield Rd. & 11 New Lenox Rd., McGee Family Automotive – The applicant proposes to build an automobile dealership along a riverfront area including paved driveways and parking areas, installation of utilities, landscaping and required site grading as well restoration of the riverfront.
- Notice of Intent – 474 Pittsfield Rd. – The applicant proposes to demolish the existing Knight’s Inn and construct a new 14,500 S. F. car dealership. Portions of the work will be in the 100-ft buffer zone.
