1. Request for Determination of Applicability – 2 Plunkett St., The Mount – The applicant proposes to build a footbridge for hikers over a stream on the property.
2. Request for Determination of Applicability – 11 Old Barn Rd., Andrew & Heather Dremak – The applicant has recently constructed a boulder retaining wall in the buffer zone, additionally the buffer zone was altered for access to the wall construction and to reestablish yard/lawn areas. The applicant proposes a buffer zone planting plan for tree, shrub, and herbaceous plant species native to Berkshire County and the reestablishment of the historic mowed turf lawn area on the property.
3. (At 8PM) Notice of Intent – 374, 384 & 388 Pittsfield Rd. & 11 New Lenox Rd., McGee Family Automotive – The applicant proposes to build an automobile dealership along a riverfront area including paved driveways and parking areas, installation of utilities, landscaping and required site grading as well restoration of the riverfront.
