CONSERVATION COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, August 6th 2020 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mark Armstrong for property located at 56 Lime Kiln Road, Map 27, Parcel 38. The proposed work is construction of a septic system to serve the single-family residence onsite. The activity will fall within the limits of the 100’ buffer zone associated with a BVW. Approximately 3,5000 square feet of disturbance will occur within the Buffer Zone as a result of the proposed work.
