475 Pittsfield Road —Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that on March 20, 2024 at 7pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of 475 Pittsfield Road, LLC for property at 475 Pittsfield Road (Map 50, Parcel 5) in the C1A Commercial Zoning District. The petitioners are seeking a special permit under section 5.2F17 of the bylaw for a change of use from a retail store to an automobile sales lot with office space. The uses include vehicle sales, rental, maintenance, display and detailing. The petitioners are also seeking a site plan review. The application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
