Notice of Public Hearing  

Notice is hereby given that on April 4th at 6:00 p.m. in the evening at Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA) and via Zoom, the Lenox Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Section 5. The public hearing is an opportunity for interested persons to comment on the proposed Personal Wireless Services Facilities Zoning Bylaw, which will replace existing Zoning Bylaw Section 10.3 (“Wireless Telecommunications Overlay District”) recommended by the Lenox Planning Board to the 2023 Annual Town Meeting for adoption. A Zoom link will be provided at least 48-hours in advance of the hearing on the Town of Lenox website calendar and on the meeting agenda.  

A copy of the proposed Personal Wireless Services Facilities Zoning Bylaw is available on the Town of Lenox Planning Board website (www.townoflenox.com/planning-board) and in the Office of Lenox Town Clerk during normal business hours.
