21 Housatonic/ 51 Church Certificate of Appropriateness Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Historic District Commission will hear the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the property at 51 Church Street/21 Housatonic Street (Map 43, Parcel 178). 

The Lenox Historic District Commission will review and vote on a revised exhaust fan.

A copy of the application is available in the Clerk’s office at Lenox Town Hall or may be requested by e- mail to landuse@townoflenox.com. The hearing will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023  via Zoom. Meeting access information will be posted on the Town of Lenox website one week prior to the meeting.
