14 Cliffwood Street Certificate of Appropriateness Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Historic District Commission will hear the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the property at 14 Cliffwood Street (Map 43, Parcel 69-1). The Lenox Historic District Commission will review and vote on the demolition of the existing garage and the construction a new two-story garage in the approximate location of the existing garage. A copy of the application is available in the Clerk’s office at Lenox Town Hall or may be requested by email to landuse@townoflenox.com. The hearing will take place at 5:30p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 via Zoom. Meeting access information will be posted on the Town of Lenox website 48 hours prior to the meeting.
