Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, March 21st at 7:30 PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by The Laurel Lake Preservation Association for property in the littoral zone of Laurel Lake. The applicant is proposing the hand removal of invasive water chestnut plants as shown on the aquatic vegetation survey, in coves of water less than 10’ deep.
