NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, October 6th 2022 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mildred DeVos for property located at 350 New Lenox Road, Map 29, Parcel 1-1. The applicant proposes to install a replacement septic system within the lawn area west of the house
