NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday March 7th 2024 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by Pennrose-Boston c/o Rebecca Schofield for property located at 238 Pittsfield Road, Map 22, Parcel 27. The application is for a proposed multi-family affordable housing development and related site work. The work proposed is also under the Town of Lenox Scenic Mountain Act jurisdiction (MGL c. 131 § 39a).
