NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Morgan Manor Condo Trust for property located at 1 Morgan Manor, Map 40 Parcel 27. The applicant is seeking confirmation from the Conservation Commission that the channel located within and proximal to the northeasterly portion of the property is not subject to jurisdiction under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
