CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, September 3 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by BSC Group, Inc. on behalf of Eversource Energy for the 1611 Line electrical utility ROW off Willow Creek Road and New Lenox Road. The proposed project involves construction of three (3) gravel access roads and portions of three (3) gravel work pads within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) and Inland Bank.
