NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mass Audubon for property located at 472 West Mountain Road, Map 21 Parcel 1. The proposed project involves the installation of two electric vehicle charging stations and related parking lot surface and access improvements within the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
