CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Michael Bourque for property located at 369 East Street, Map 48 Parcel 35. Proposed septic system upgrade. Construction activities will fall within outer limits of the 100' Buffer Zone associated with Sawmill Brook.
