CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by James Heeger & Daryl Messinger for property located at 23 Hawthrone Street, Map 6 Parcel 31. The applicant is proposing to install a new utility pole and place existing utility lines underground along the edge of the existing driveway.
