NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed Kristina Armstrong Bedford for property located at 167 Hubbard Street, Map 48 Parcel 3. The proposed project involves the reconstruction of a failed sub-surface septic system within the 100 foot buffer zone.
