NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Carolyn & Eli Newberger for property located at 132 Lime Kiln Road, Map 27 Parcel 34. The proposed project involves the construction of an addition which is located within the Riverfront Area associated with Yokun Brook and Buffer Zone associated with the Bank of Pond.
