CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, September 3 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Tighe & Bond, Inc. on behalf of Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid for the property located at 11 Willow Creek Road, Map 9 Parcel 4. The proposed project involves overhead line and pole maintenance at Pole #3 and the installation of a new midspan pole to the north of the Lenox Substation. Proposed work will occur within the Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
