Conservation Commission Public Hearing

Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday May 16th 2024 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mass DOT for property located along Main Street/Route 7A. The application is for the proposed construction of sidewalks along route 7 from the intersection of Taconic Road to the driveway of Mass DOT’s office.
