Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, April 18th at 7:30 PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mass Audubon for property at Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, 472 West Mountain Road (Map 21, Lot 1). The applicant is proposing existing trail repair and extension located in Bordered Vegetative Wetland and Buffer Zone.
