Construct, the leading nonprofit provider of affordable housing and supportive services to south Berkshire County residents in need, will be accepting applications for two three-bedroom, one-bath houses located at 8 & 10 Hynes Street in Lenox, MA for $254,000 soon. Construct is administering the housing lottery for the Lenox Affordable Housing Trust, which is limited to first-time homebuyers at 80% or less of area median income. 

• 8 Hynes Street is a 1,168 sq ft house on 1/10 acre close to the picturesque Lenox Town Center and is a two-story three-bedroom, one-bath with a brand-new kitchen.
• 10 Hynes Street is a 1,550 sq ft three-bedroom, one-bath with a new kitchen, also on 1/10 acre.
• Both homes are available for sale by lottery for $254,000 each.

Information sessions will be held via zoom on February 25^th and February 28^th.
