Notice is hereby given that on June 17th at 7:00 p.m., the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Variance petition to add an enclosed front porch to a pre-existing non-conforming structure located at 51 Willow Creek Road, also known as Map 9, Parcel 2, in the Industrial zoning district. The petitioner, Willow Creek Corp, seeks to create a 10-foot covered porch across the front of the building.
