Notice is hereby given that on July 1st at 7:00 p.m., the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a request for a Variance under Section 5.3, “Nonconforming Uses and Structures” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 41 Tucker Street (Map 44, Lot 18) in the R-15 zoning district. The owners intend to demolish the existing garage and replace with a two-story addition and full basement. The garage currently sits within the 20’ setback and is pre-existing non-conforming; the new addition will maintain approximately the same line, siting approximately 9’-10’ from the side property line.
