Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 8.8.2 “Bed & Breakfast Inn” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 35 Walker Street, owned by William and Suzanne Dakin, in the “C” zoning district (Map 43, Parcel 163) in Lenox on March 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Special Permit is to allow for a Bed & Breakfast Inn with lodging for up to 20 guests with 10 rooms. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
