Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.5 “Nonconforming Single-Family and Two-Family Residential Structures” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 130 Cliffwood Street, owned by Mathew and Mary Lo, in the “R1A” zoning district (Map 17, Parcel 1) in Lenox on March 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Special Permit is to allow for renovations of a single-family dwelling that include a new garage and an addition to the existing structure which will increase the non-conformity. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
