Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit for the property at 114 Main Street (Map 43, Parcel 80) owned by Nathan and Kathryn Winstanley in the Commercial “C” district and Residential “R-15” district to allow for the renovation of the existing building and the construction of two multi-family buildings and one mixed-use commercial building on December 18th at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Special Permit is sought for relief from certain requirements in Section 9.1, “Multifamily and Townhouse Buildings”, in Section 7.1, “Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirement”, and for the review of compliance with Section 7.4, “Drainage and Erosion Control”. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
