Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for extension of a Special Permit originally granted for the property at 107 Yokun Avenue (Map 12, Parcel 2-1), located within the Residential “R-1A” zoning district in Lenox, on October 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The original Special Permit was granted in 2017 allowing for the operation of a residential center for women with eating disorders. Copies of the Petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
