This is notification that PVI Lenox Village, LLC is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations at 52 Main Street, Map 43 Parcel 197. The proposed project involves replacement of second floor windows which will utilize a mullion layout to match existing windows.
The hearing date is set for January 5, 2021 at 5:30 PM via Zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
