This is notification that Sam Nickerson is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations at 4 Housatonic St., Map 43 Parcel 172. The proposed project involves an addition of a gated, wooden enclosure on the side of the building as well as a simple wood gate to block the entrance to the basement.
The hearing date is set for October 6, 2020 at 5:30 PM via Zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
