NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting at the Town Hall on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 7:45 PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Foresight Land Services for the installation of a new water main on West Mountain Road and related site work. Proposed work will consist of the abandonment and disconnection of the old water main, removal of small amounts of pavement as necessary, installation of the new water main and related structures, and replacement of pavement as necessary. There are no proposed alterations to any wetland resource area.
