75 Sherwood Drive Public Hearing Notice

CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by The Estate of Julie P Gundelfinger for property located at 75 Sherwood Drive, Map 48 Parcel 17. The proposed project involves replacement of current septic system with a new Title 5 compliant system. Due to land constraints the septic system falls between the 100 foot and 50 foot buffer zone.
