NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 6:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by James Hashim for property located at 36 Pittsfield Road, Map 17 Parcel 41. The proposed project involves demolition of an existing building on the property located within the 100’ buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
