NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Robert Romeo for property located at 305 Walker Street, Map 4 Parcel 12. The proposed project is for construction of residential home with attached garage with relocation of 20’ private sewer easement.
