NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Eli Newberger for property located on 128 & 132 Lime Kiln Road, Map 27 Parcel 34 & 35. The proposed project involves installation of a 1000 gallon, above ground propane tank located within 200 feet of a perennial stream.
