Lenox CPC Receives Three FY23 Funding Requests

The Lenox Community Preservation Committee (CPC) has received three (3) funding requests for Fiscal Year 2023: 

1. The Mount seeks $125,000 for restoration of the gatehouse exterior on its campus;

2. Pennrose, LLC seeks $975,000 toward its housing development project on the Brushwood Farm property;

3. The Lenox Affordable Housing Trust seeks $150,000 toward program support.
