Proposals from Qualified Companies to provide services for a three-year revaluation program

The Town of Lenox, (“Town”), acting through its Town Manager and in conjunction with the Board of Assessors, invites sealed proposals from qualified companies to provide services for a three-year revaluation program for Fiscal 2024 through Fiscal 2026,  the Cyclical Re-Inspection Program of Improved Real Property and Commercial/Industrial Property, the collection of Commercial Personal Property and Utility Valuations.  Specifications for this job are outlined below and shall be strictly followed. 

Collected proposals must be received at the Office of the Board of Assessors which is located at Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240 by 10:00am on Friday, June 16,2023.  Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “Proposal for Revaluation Services”.  Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Corporate bidders must submit an executed Certificate of Vote (form attached to RFP) stating that the person signing the bid has the authority to bind the corporation.  Proposals may not be withdrawn within 30 consecutive days after the proposal deadline.

The Town will determine the most advantageous proposal from responsible and responsive proposer, taking into consideration price and all evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. The Town of Lenox reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
