The Town of Lenox, (“Town”), acting through its Town Manager and in conjunction with the Board of Assessors, invites sealed proposals from qualified companies to provide services for a three-year revaluation program for Fiscal 2021 through Fiscal 2023, consisting of Interim Year Updates in Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022, and for Re-Certifications in Fiscal Year 2023, as well as for an ongoing Cyclical Re-inspection Program of all Real and Personal Property. Specifications for this job are outlined below and shall be strictly followed.
Completed proposals must be received at the Office of the Town Manager which is located at Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240 by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2020. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “Proposal for Revaluation Services”. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Corporate bidders must submit an executed Certificate of Vote (form attached to RFP) stating that the person signing the bid has the authority to bind the corporation. Proposals may not be withdrawn within 30 consecutive days after the proposal deadline.
