The meeting was recorded.
Notice of Intent, Laurel Lake Preservation Association (LLPA), located at Rt. 20 at the border of Lee and Lenox. Winter drawdown to control invasive Eurasian watermilfoil and zebra mussels. Continued from August 2, 2018 when the Public Hearing was closed. This meeting is to discuss Special Conditions to the Order of Conditions.
Representing LLPA were Roger Scheurer, President, Ray Grogan and Dan Hajjar.
The Special Conditions were reviewed by the Commission. RFC made a motion to approve the Order of Conditions and Special Conditions. JS seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 6-0.
Approve Minutes-August 2, 2018-JS made a motion to approve the minutes as written. RFC seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 6-0.
Other Business-
David Ward, Stone Path Development, Inc., 241 Walker St., Map 8 Parcels 1 and 6-1.
NC advised the Commission that on August 5, 2018, he inspected and found compliant the silt fence and hay wattles.
Jedd Hall, 474 Walker St., Map 39 Parcel 25, RDA to install a pool. It was agreed that there will be a site visit on August 22nd at 9:00 AM.
RFC made a motion to adjourn. DL seconded the motion and the Commission voted to agree 6-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
